Whenever the subject of careers comes up I have always said to my kids: "It's easy! Just find what you love, become as good at it as you can and share what you learn. Then the money will find you." The logic behind it is simple, that money is a byproduct of doing something great not the reason for doing it.
I recently gave a talk at a university about entrepreneurship, and when I was telling the story of my first business, I realised something important. I learned so many things that would be important later on in my career, but at the time I didn’t understand.
